Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s $20M Mansion
It seems that the saying is true – when money is not an object, you really can ‘have it all’.
Hence, it really is not a big surprise when new celebrity power couple and winners of the genetic lottery, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady recently moved into their palatial dream mansion, reportedly worth $20 million just a few weeks before the Super Bowl 2012 is set to start.
The highest paid supermodel of all time, with an estimated net worth of $150 million, and her NFL sports superhero husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady added this new digs to their real estate collection probably to have a place in California to relax in once the always tension-filled football series come to a close.
The genetically-endowed power couple reportedly bought the land in 2008 for a cool $11 million, but did not start construction until last summer because they found the original proposed design ‘too small’.
Now, the two-winged house which is located in the hills, perfect for the hike-loving couple, has eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a lagoon-shaped pool with spa, a weights room, a nursery for their two-year old son and its very own wine cellar.
The two wings of the house are connected by a bridge, and there just has to be an elevator and a butler’s room.
Oh, and let us not forget that the house also boasts of ‘green’ features such as rooftop solar panels and a rainwater recovery system — Just doing their share for the environment.
Gisele, known the world over for her various product endorsements and sizzling moments on the fashion catwalk wearing Victoria’s Secret lingerie, and her sports superstar pretty boy hubby Tom moved into their new address in affluent Brentwood, LA a few days ago with son Benjamin having all of 22,000 square feet of space to roam around in – since he has already probably been weaned from Gisele.
